Refund/Return Policy:

The Oral History Audiobooks and Audio CDs are burned in small batches using brand name CDs. Occasionally a defective disk will surface, one that might play properly on a computer but will skip in a car CD player. Because of this, there is no need to return the item, contact us and we'll send a replacement as soon as possible. Nor is there a time limit on returns of audio CDs.

Books can be returned at any time up to two weeks from the day they arrive.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
